Our good friend, Henry Ramos (inventor of the ABW California Cactus Cleaner) wants to let us know that the World Agricultural Expo is being held in Tulare for 3 days, February 12 thru 14, 2013. This is one of the biggest agricultural events in the world and includes everything imaginable and unimaginable having to do with food production. He says the expo is really too big to see even over the entire 3 days. The town’s population swells with people who come from all over the world during these expos and all the hotel lodgings become saturated for many miles around. He says if any members are interested in attending this event and want to stay real close to it in Tulare, they are welcome to pitch a tent on his driveway. This is an alternative to trying to find lodging in town, which is usually impossible to reserve within a couple months of the event, as well as outrageously expensive. According to Google Maps, Tulare is about 208 miles north (by road) from the city of Orange.

Unfortunately, the timing of this event coincides exactly with the Medical Design and Manufacturing Expo being held at the Anaheim Convention Center.
