You have an Idea... How Do You Protect It?
Speaker: Justin Sanders
Part 2 of How to Protect your Ideas
Justin's first presentation was so popular that he never managed to get to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, so this session will be a deep dive into those subjects. Bring your questions (including any on patents) and he'll be happy to answer them.
I'll also bring a number of tools to help you name, search, and protect your brand and concepts, so be ready to learn the practical side of Intellectual Property.
Learn about great tools as well. I'll have tools and models that you can use for branding, registering, and protecting your company and brands.
This will be an interactive workshop. Bring your questions and I'll do my best to answer.
